How far in advance should I place my order? Cake orders must be placed at least one week before the pick-up date. Cakes placed less than a week in advance will be charged a $20 rush fee if order is accepted.
What happens after I submit my order request? I will review your order request and reach out within 24-48 hours via your selected preferred method of contact to confirm order details.
Can I make changes after I submit my order? Yes, you can! Changes can be made up until 1 week before the pick-up date.
Do you require a deposit? Yes, once details are sorted, a 50% deposit will be due to confirm your order. This is due one week before your order, but encouraged to be paid once details are confirmed. Your order will not be made without a deposit.
What forms of payment do you accept? I accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cashapp, and cash!
Can you recreate a cake exactly from a photo? I cannot guarantee exact replication of cakes, however I will always be upfront regarding how confident I am in executing your vision!
Where are you located? I am located in Erie, Pennsylvania! Pick-up will be near the Liberty Plaza in West Erie.
Is delivery available? I can deliver within Erie city for a $5 charge. Delivery arrangements must be made one week prior to the order date to ensure I can get your order to you!
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan cakes? At this time, I do not! Your safety and your preferences come first. This is something I plan to revisit in the future.
Do you make everything from scratch? Yes, I do! All of my cakes, frostings, and fillings are made from scratch. I also make my own toppers!
